June 8 update:
Most orders will be processed automatically. If your code still requires a manual fraud check, the bottom part of this post will apply.
Thank you everyone for dealing so well with our manual delayed delivery schedule and we hope that we can keep orders as fast as they used to be from now on forth.
We would like to apologize ahead of time for not being as-marketed to be "instant" due to dozens of fraud attacks. This is the only method of which we can stay online and operational whilst PayPal and our Fraud apps are doing all they can to help.
Some of our deliveries will no longer be automatic for a few days and will need a manual inspection. We are getting hit with lots of fraudulent orders and need to check orders before fulfilling. Your code will be emailed to you in maximum 4 hours (usually <1hr) during 12PM -> 2AM EST otherwise approved starting at around 12AM EST daily.
Find your timezone here to see approximately how long til your code arrives (if at off-hours): https://everytimezone.com/s/acffcf1c
Existing customers with a lot of purchases could most likely bypass this manual check (also depending on location and other factors), but most customers will be subjected to a check.
If your order says is authorized but not yet completed, then please wait before making more purchases or you will get charged for both once they are accepted (unless that's what you were hoping for). When you make your order, you are in line for manual inspection. If you've ordered during our downtime, your transaction has been authorized and if approved by us, the exchange will happen, otherwise the funds sent back to your account if we deem you untrustworthy.
If you want to cancel your order during the downtime due to the wait, please let us know before 11AM EST where our checks begin and we could reject the transaction for a refund. (not after its been sent out)
Sorry for the temporary inconvenience and we hope everyone has a wonderful weekend!
